其实我也很想是金沙炒蟹~ 可我只有玉米…..
材料:
咸蛋黄, 玉米, 5分钟时间.
玉米是冰的,不是剥的
记得不要蛋白
做法:
1 油和咸蛋一起放进锅里, 开小火. 油可以多放点.
2 咸蛋黄会变泡泡, 用个东西把大块的咸蛋黄戳开.
3 倒入玉米粒, 疯狂搅拌.
4 咸蛋黄很咸, 可能不需要调味, 请自行定夺.
5 DONE,上碟~
爽脆的玉米外面包裹了一层粉粉的咸蛋黄~
不过, 如果是膏蟹, 那是就完美了~ 尽情YY吧~~~
